Urban Zulu Shipping Policy

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at Urban Zulu Clothing South Africa. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • We offer free delivery on all orders above R850.00 within South Africa, usually we deliver within 3 - 7 working days. 
  • Deliveries for Pre-Orders usually take 14-21 working days as we need to make the item upon order request.
  • Items on promotions might be excluded from free delivery and do not include free returns.
  • If you do wish to return an item to us, it is your responsibility to make sure that the returned items arrive safely and can be tracked.  We will provide you with a credit note / refund or exchange the returned item. 
  • As all our garments are produced in limited quantities and often sell out fast, depending on availability we are not always able to exchange for a different size, however we always do our best to get you the garment you want in the size that fits.

Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 3 - 7 working days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and vary depending on the cost and desired delivery time.

* Urgent order delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses in major cities within South Africa

  • For major cities, we normally ship using the following couriers: Fastway, The Courier Guy
  • For outlying areas, we ship with Aramex
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, please contact the courier directly with the waybill number for your order that you would have been sent when your order was fulfilled
  • We currently do not support delivery to P.O. Box addresses via Courier. These will be sent by registered post and the delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Fulfillment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your waybill/tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • Urban Zulu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Urban Zulu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier responsible to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
  • If you would like to place an order and you are outside South Africa, please visit our Contact Us page to find local suppliers and agents.
